Lindsey and Garen had a fabulous time at the East Grinstead Akasha for a 3 hour yoga/karate course under Jody Lawrance and Sensei Tony Heap (7th dan Wado Ryu).

Eight members of Kanzenki Shotokan travelled up to Watford to take part in the Open Course hosted by SKKIF and taught by Kancho Hirokazu Kanazawa (10th dan) and assisted by his son, Sensei Nobuaki Kanazawa (6th dan). Many thanks to SKIFF for a great day - you can see some photos here.
